Harness and Let it Go
Thoughts are like a breeze. They are like air, with energy moving through them. Thoughts only find their value when we harness them. Some thoughts are held longer, like a long passing wind. Some thoughts are unnoticeable, like still air. Some thoughts run through our minds gently. Some thoughts run through our minds and rest there. Stay conscientious to which thoughts hold value. Stay conscientious to which thoughts are helping you, or are hurting you. If a thought is helping you, further the process of that thought. If a thought is hurting you, further the process of that thought. Try not to hold on to a thought longer than need be.
Which thoughts are fear based?
Which thoughts are love based?
What do you have control of?
What do you not have control of?
It is easy to become cluttered inside of your mind. Clean out the clutter. Turn on some of your favorite music, do some cleaning, stretching, breathing, or take a walk. Get inside of your own white noise, and let it all go.
No one person will ever truly understand the nature of your mind. They can come close by comparison.
This does not have to be a lonely place, your mind. Express it how you will. The Universe is listening. The Universe trusts you. The Universe has nothing but love for you. Understand that you are valued, you are significant and you have a purpose to fulfill.
When you can let your thoughts remain fluid, you can remain connected to all around you.
Shut down your mind sometimes, and get quiet. Listen. Your inner voice comes from your heart, not your mind.
Just for today, harness the breeze, remember the moment, and let it back into the wind.
