To spur greater developer adoption for Web 3.0, NKN was proud to be a core sponsor of Gitcoin GR 11 hackathon from September 8th to 29th this year.
Our judges were extremely impressed by the quality and diversity of submissions by over 30 ambitious developers/teams. The contestants explored a wide range of possibilities within NKN’s unique decentralized P2P communication network, and created collaborative whiteboards, code share, real time location tracking for ride sharing, energy scheduling, creative NFTs, new SDKs, easy to read documentation, and many more.
Now without further ado, let’s unveil the Winners of this season!
In the next few weeks, we will showcase some of the top winners and help the developers to make their application reach a wider audience. The hackathon is just the beginning, and we look forward to further supporting the developer community and strengthening the NKN ecosystem!
Note for the winners: The bounty payout will happen in the next few days. If an award is “conditional pending open issues”, please check your github issues and implement/fix at your earliest convenience.
Note for all hackathon participants: thank you again for your effort. We will work with gitcoin to convert several hackathon bounties that are marked “Vacant” into long term bounties, and we encourage you to continue to work on them until you claim your reward!
