Creativity is what makes you stand out and apart.
Whether it be ScoopWhoop, Buzzfeed, The Mensxp or The Timeliners , the social media pages and blogs have had a huge impact on the young generation. Youth are constantly influenced by it and use it as a medium for entertainment and sometimes also to convey their feelings.

Content creation is the contribution of information to any media and most especially to digital media for an end-user in specific context.
The virality scientist Jonah Berger, in his book, Contagious: Why Things Catch On, explains that what makes great content go viral on social networks may not be that significant, but once it resonates with the target audience, it’s likely to succeed. Due to this, the creators are not only into trendy topics, but also make use of different mediums delivering their material. From Funny videos, YouTube Series, Pranks, Movie Promotions and Vlogs, to hilarious Memes on net, the sky has become the limit of creativity for creators.

A lot of factors have to come together, but one of the biggest challenges for many content creators is to make the audience gravitate towards the content and be able to relate to it. Due to this, the creators aim of becoming Influencers. Unlike celebrities who become famous by being marketed by others, influencers become famous by marketing themselves on social media. They tend to create a connection with their audience which makes the latter feel like they “know” the influencer. Thus, an influencer is seen as a self-made star, using digital platforms to create their own PR and enter into public conscience. For an influencer to make it big, he needs to start off with impressive content.

So, Have you ever wondered what it takes to create a content that entices a huge crowd? Here are a few tips:

1) Listicle rules : Ever came across the blogs which says “10 things to do …..” and felt interested? Better than reading long paragraphs, it is always advisable to put out your content in pointers so that the reader must not feel uninterested while going through your content.

2) Trend it Up : The topic of content must be in trend or there must be something that helps the readers to relate to it themselves so that a connection can be made with the audience which allows them to enjoy the read.

3) Humour steals the show : There is never too much where humor and wit are concerned. People love to watch and share content that makes them go insane. Always add some sarcasm or humour to your content so that it attracts more people.

4) Ask the people: In order to ensure that your content has been read, it is important to get feedback from the readers. This not only allows the creators to find out the reach of the content, but also helps them to perceive new topics that are of public interest. Thus, adding a poll and quizzing up your blog is always beneficial.

5) Newborn Mediums : The drift in the technology and its uses has resulted in creation of different mediums and avenues through which the content can be presented to the public. The use of Memes by the internet media and entertainment companies in order to promote an event, a blog, a movie, or a song is quite in fashion, whether it be the “Sui Dhaga Anushka Sharma Memes” or the “Sacred Games Memes”. Lately Amazon Prime India has picked up this method to publicize their Web Series. Various Vloggers and Youtubers collaborate with artists of upcoming films and production houses. This provides two-way benefits to both the content creators as well as the movie house.

21st century is the era of presentation. People want to become a sensation these days unlike the old days when being reserved was more appreciated than being opinionated and flamboyant. It is a universal truth that content is the king and serves the purpose. Here, a one-size-fits-all approach will not suffice. Instead, a focus on creating unique, high-quality and utterly authentic content that is entertaining, useful and interesting for consumers will get you the crown.

Content is quickly moving past marketing and is becoming a piece of the puzzle that is the way people interact with the world around them.
