Mi-ss-iss-ipp-i has opened vaccinations to all adults age 16 or older that live or work in the state.

Mississippi is the second state to drop all eligibility requirements. The two-dose Pfizer vaccine is available to those 18 and older, while the two-dose Moderna vaccine and the one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine are accessible to those 16 and older. The shots are effective at preventing severe illness, hospitalization, and deaths.
