okay, we get it
five, seven, then five again
rinse, lather, repeat
Take Two
look, Ma! I’m writing
legit Japanese poems!
but Son … in English?
Take Three
haikus — riddles wrapped
in small mysteries inside
tiny enigmas
Take Four
less is more — wise words
but, taken to an extreme
less becomes — nothing

the journey of a
thousand miles begins with
one half-assed verse
