Computers for

…everybody?

This book is the property of the author’s family. Photo by author.

Early in the
nineteen eighties
all of us were
technobabies.

We bought this book
to understand
screen and keyboard:
system command.

It looked great on
coffee table
while we hooked up
phone line cable.

That first PC?
Mem’ry shoddy!
Computers are
every body.

It’s all about the body. I swear!

We must remember that
our old PCs just sat
and let us type and sigh.

The world will always welcome techies
as time goes by.
