Dragon in the City

There lives a dragon with a heart in its eye
endlessly arching its head to the sky

across the river Han it stretches, unceasing
between man-made structures ever increasing

golden skin reflects sunlight, it awakes
upon night; cars and bikes hit the brakes

surrounded by beach, people gather like ants
to get drenched by its gargoylish spew
if you ask someone nicely, of course there’s a chance
that they might take your picture for you

(you can tell at a glance
that is something that I didn’t do)
