Most people don’t know about Lemurs,
As an animal — A-list first-teamers.
If you were to ask,
They’re from Madagask,
Or Madagascar for vocab extremeeeemers.

Now here is a story of two Rickies,
So listen closely, this one gets tricky.
One lived in a zoo —
A cage of bamboo,
And leaped all around — a real quicky.

There was a boy who lived near this zoo;
His name? Well it was Ricky too.
And Ricky just loved,
Way way far above
To go where? Why to go to the zoo!

And she would almost never forsake him.
Whether rain or shine,
About all the time,
The chances they weren’t there were slim.
