It started with a tender kiss,
He’d no idea it would end like this.

From innocence to heavy petting,
then suddenly they were both regretting.

One spark and how the fire did rage,
and afterwards they turned the page.

They turned the page, or so they thought,
but one thing, well, they both forgot

that things don’t always go as planned.
I think you prob’ly understand.

She’d once been his sweet Goldilocks;
today a grandma darning socks.
