The following clips were taken from reporter Larry Hobbs’s Crime Report column appearing in the June 24th edition of The Brunswick News, the daily newspaper of Brunswick, GA.

The rates were low but the cries were high
At a local motel where was heard a cry.
A brouhaha feared the clerk
Who called the cops on the jerks.
Turned out ’twas two lovers there, entertained,
“Just doin’ adult things,” the woman explained.

This guy was soused — a horse’s butt
Had a snootful, in a rut.
Immune to reason he was cuffed
And warned against that kind of stuff.
Cops dropped him off at his home,
Where he could sleep it off, alone.
