Food and Flavor Forecast for 2020

Will this year finally be the death of pumpkin spice? Is yuzu going to overthrow the long-held popularity of lemons and limes?

With a new year comes new trends for the food industry. Some flavors will become instant hits, while others plummet out of style. While the popularity of new tastes, textures, and products is tricky to predict, many research agencies and flavor houses try their luck with the crystal ball anyways.
