I’m content in saying that I am not back in my past where I lived for so long, since entering this world, at the close of 1969. This is the purpose of No Shame today, here for you to tell us who you were, who you are now, for everyone affected by mental health, and the sociological stigma that still has a vice-like grip on every one of us in the world today.

This recount is the rationale behind the creation of the Medium publication, No Shame, today. The idea behind developing chief editor profiles is to show both readers and writers that this publication is being managed by those having been through copious troubled times in life but have discovered ways to lead better lives together through personal and professional knowledge; in the hope that you can too.
