We all have a history, whether we like to admit it or not.

Some of us have a better history than others because some of us have a better upbringing and more opportunities.

My life was chaotic from a very young age.

• Bullying at school
• Bullying in adulthood
• Homelessness
• Abuse
• Mental illness
• Family breakdown
• developmental delay
• Lack of friends
• Lack of opportunities
• Eating disorders
• Psychiatric admissions.

These problems led to many other issues that left me feeling isolated and alone.

It felt like nobody wanted a relationship or a friendship with me, and nobody understood me.

I felt that I was born to be tormented.

These problems felt like they would never end, and my family unit was torn apart because of them.

There was no understanding from other people.
