Noah Payment Card Service Maintenance to be Finished in a week
We’re glad to announce that Noah Payment Card server maintenance is almost over. The process will be divided into several stages. Full functionality with all changes and improvements will be restored on June 2nd, 2020.
Thank you for understanding the need for maintenance work. The improvements we are making will allow you to enjoy a safer and more profitable service.
What we have improved:
- System stability
- KYC procedure for new customers
- Speed of card top-ups
- The conversion rate to local currencies upon withdrawing
The service will be restored in the following stages:
- All current pending transactions will be credited up to Monday May 25th, 2020.
- Transactions (top-ups of cards with cryptocurrencies) will be credited to cards in the previous mode from Monday May 25th, 2020 onwards.
- Display of balances and list of transactions may still contain errors. This issue will be fixed by June 2nd, 2020.
- New user activation (KYC procedure) will start on June 2nd, 2020.
All issued cards are valid until the deadline indicated on the card. If the card doesn’t work with a positive balance in the terminal, online or ATM, please send your email to us or to support service at services.embily.com. The working condition of the card will be restored within 24 hours (on workdays).
