I noticed that states like Colorado and Arizona doubled their tuition. At the same time some states barely changed their tuition at all between 2004 and 2015. Ohio even managed to lower their average college tuition by 2 percent.

Cougars used to roam all over Michigan. For a long time they have been considered extinct in the area but consistent sightings have emerged in the last couple decades. Most of them have been in the Upper Peninsula but 1 has actually been sighted in the Lower Peninsula in Clinton county.
