The Quick Brown Fox Jumps Over The Lazy Dog

『Brown!』

『Red!

Thoughts

A : “The Quick Brown Fox Jumps Over The Lazy Dog” 在英文裡被稱作 Pangram,也就是全部英文字母都會出現的一句話。

English Version of the Stories

The Quick Brown Fox Jumps Over The Lazy Dog

When the cherry blossoms bloom, foxes go up the mountain to ask the lumberjacks for a batch of good pine wood to expand the beautiful fox village. The foxes use the tools in the lumberjack’s house to build sturdy small bridges, leisurely double chairs, and of course, weird and wonderful seesaws.

Little foxes have always been a bit mischievous and rebellious, always wanting to build something different. He thought of the utopia that was far away, where there was a factory that made dear friends, and he wanted to try it himself. With the guidance of the lumberjack, a small fox with soft red fur knocked and punched, and so the brown little fox born of pine wood was born. Although the appearance was almost identical to the little fox, the hands and feet of this new life were very clumsy, rolling and crawling all the way to the beautiful fox village with the little fox.

The fox village was as desirable as ever, with low houses seen everywhere that were as soft and warm as the foxes, and the sun and breeze never hesitated to care for the whole village. The flowing water under the small bridge was always clear to the bottom, and the fox babies were always chasing and playing. The atmosphere of happiness that came over countless smiles on visitors’ faces. The special scene at the village entrance that did not fit this happy picture was a slightly fat lazy dog lying at the village entrance, blocking people’s way day and night.

The little fox had a sudden idea and wanted to play a trick on the new friend.

“Brown!” This is the name the little fox gave the new friend.

“If you want to be a member of the Red Fox Village, you have to jump over this lazy dog.” He paused.

“Everyone does this.” Indeed, the little fox did not say it wrong.

“Don’t be afraid, you can do it!” Brown, under the fervent encouragement of the little fox, stumbled over with his left foot and was tripped over by his right foot before he could step out. Brown tumbled forward without even touching the lazy dog’s eyes, and the lazy dog’s slanted eyes revealed contempt. To be honest, we don’t know how Brown achieved this miraculous failure.

“Wait until your left foot lands, then step out your right foot!” Brown listened to the little fox’s instructions and tried again, continuing to fall in a messy heap.

“Don’t you want to be a member of the Red Fox Village?” Since encouragement didn’t work, the little fox tried emotional blackmail, and always had to think of ways to make them progress, right? Both of them were determined, and threats and inducements seemed to have had some effect. Although the movements were still very uncoordinated, Brown still reluctantly crossed over the lazy dog. In any case, he is now a member of the Red Fox Village.

The little fox was happy, Brown was happy too. The little fox laughed heartily, and Brown also imitated that joyous smile. The little fox introduced him to every person in the village, and Brown also performed new jumping skills for each new friend to see.

“Higher! Jump higher!” The villagers cheered for Brown.

“Higher! Jump higher!” Brown jumped higher with the villagers’ expectations.

“Higher! Jump higher!” Brown became a jumping expert and was almost the focus of celebration at every party.

The little fox’s house is unusually quiet today, with no clumsy footsteps or collisions from practicing jumping.

“I have something to show you at the entrance of the south forest, I will wait for you here.” The letter was written like this. When did Brown become so independent? The little fox walked and felt a little sad, and also missed the time when they practiced together.

“Red! Over here!” A familiar voice came from not far away.

The little fox’s left hand naturally caught the falling chin, which one in front of him was the village? The bustling fox city that seemed magical was full of brown foxes, and the red fox village was in stark contrast. Brown not only jumped higher, made flexible friends, but also built more beautiful cities. But this is not the most surprising thing.

A hundred brown lazy dogs were stacked at the entrance, probably as high as a castle. The brown lazy dogs had a hundred contemptuous eyes and a hundred sets of limbs that they didn’t plan to use in this life, waiting to be jumped over by foxes hundreds of times.

“Don’t be afraid, you can do it!”

“Wait until your left foot lands, then step out your right foot!”

“Don’t you want to be a member of the Brown Fox City?”

AI Written Fox Story

Once upon a time, in the village of the foxes, there lived a little fox who was very naive and a little bit naughty. She loved playing and exploring her surroundings, but deep down, she feared loneliness. One day, while playing in the woods, the little fox came up with an idea to make a friend out of wood.

She spent hours carving and shaping the wood until she had created a wooden fox she named Brown. At first, Brown was just a simple creation, mimicking the little fox’s every move. However, as time passed, Brown’s abilities began to surpass those of the little fox.

Brown learned new tricks and techniques at an astonishing rate, and soon he was able to do things that the little fox could only dream of. This change in dynamic caused tension between the two friends. The little fox became jealous of Brown’s newfound abilities and began to feel left behind.

Despite this, the little fox tried to involve Brown in the village’s activities, but Brown had different plans. He wanted to build his own advanced citadel and create a new home for himself. The little fox was hurt and felt betrayed by her wooden friend’s rejection of their shared world.

In the end, Brown’s actions forced the little fox to realize that change is an inevitable part of life. She had to accept that her friend had different goals and ambitions, and that their friendship had evolved into something different. The little fox realized that she could still find happiness in her own way, even if it was not the way she had originally imagined.

The theme of the story is the shifting of positions between the little fox and Brown, and how change can affect even the closest of friendships.
