Introducing Nodesmith

I’m excited to be writing today to introduce Nodesmith, a new Software as a Service company making access to decentralized networks faster and easier. Nodesmith aims to take the headache out of running and hosting decentralized network nodes yourself by providing compatible APIs which connect you securely to fully up-to-date blockchain networks.

Initially, Nodesmith will be building infrastructure to connect to the extremely promising Aion Network. We are thrilled to have received a grant from the Aion Foundation’s Bounties & Grants program to help bootstrap our company, and to contribute toward the development of the Aion ecosystem.

Nodesmith was started in Seattle by myself and my co-founder Brendan Lee. We’re both software engineers who have been working on developer tools and APIs for several years. We believe that blockchain technology, and smart contracts in particular, will continue to have a major impact on the world.
