We’re Hiring: Business Developer| Mid-Level

The position

We are looking for a driving force within our business department who can bring in and develop sustainable, long-lasting partnerships with both new and existing clients. If you’ve got a few years of experience in a similar role at an agency, then this role might just be perfect for you.

As a business developer, your main responsibility will be to generate leads and bring in new business using a mix of inbound and outbound sales strategies. You’ll play a substantial role in securing new clients, contributing to the overall growth of our agency. Your mission will involve showcasing the value that Noise brings to the table, establishing trusted relationships with clients, and driving the success of our agency through inbound/outbound sales opportunity efforts.

We have high expectations, and you should be comfortable handling everything from being the initial point of contact for potential clients who send requests for proposals or project inquiries, to collaborating with our team to create the best possible pitch. Whether it’s a spontaneous presentation or a major on-site pitch, you’ll adapt like a pro.

Oh, and here’s one more thing: You should have a genuine interest in the business of our clients. Be an effective communicator. Someone who listens to learn and dares to ask. A real conversation starter and team player with a strong sense of responsibility in solving the challenges of our clients.

Tasks

• You’ve got mad skills in leading new business qualification and pitch processes. You know how to charm clients and convince them to choose us as their agency
• Meeting monthly sales quotas is part of the game for you. You’ll own it and close deals like a pro.
• You’re able to make contact with key decision-makers like CEO’s, CMOs, brand directors, or marketing managers. Networking is practically in your DNA
• You’ll be responsible for creating written input and materials for RFPs, as well as crafting impressive international pitches
• When it comes to negotiation, you’re a natural. Finding common ground and reaching mutually beneficial agreements is a breeze.
• You’ll be crafting compelling and strategic pitches and presentations. You know how to tell a story that captivates your audience.
• You’ll develop and improve processes for new clients and growth. You’re constantly looking for ways to level up.
• You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create and execute engagement strategies that nurture prospects into valuable opportunities.

🎓 Bachelor’s degree, plus a solid 2-4 years of experience in new business development from an agency environment

💬 Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English is an absolute must

📝 Attention to detail is your middle name (nothing gets past you!)

💪 Confident, assertive, and articulate when it comes to presenting pitches and proposals

🔀 Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritise your workload (and ask questions when things get ambiguous)

💻 Proficiency in industry-standard tools, especially Figma

🎨 A refined sense of design, color, and aesthetics, because we appreciate the beauty in everything we do
