Stakeholder Control: Put People in Charge of Government Boundaries, Not Elite-Dominated United Nations

Who actually determines the international boundaries between countries? At the current time, who actually has “authority” over whether some people in a particular area of a country may break off to form their own country or join a different country? Tom Cooper reflects what is probably a common (and I argue in this article incorrect) assumption that the United Nations is the international boundary authority.

Too many supposed peacemakers hide their reliance on the violence of police enforcement even from themselves. Violence is physical, not verbal. Humanity has a duty to envision new ways to prevent violence (government or not) & solve other problems voluntarily without coercion.
