Stakeholder Control: Sociocracy Isn’t All that Democratic, Part Deux

A previous article in this Non-Violence publication’s Stakeholder Control vision called attention to the fact that while the much idolized sociocracy model may present a step forward in democratizing businesses, it actually would make traditional membership non-profits and American government less democratic. This article will call attention to more aspects of governance in which sociocracy is less democratic than traditional membership non-profits like the American Legion (using the Oklahoma American Legion rules as an example).
