You’ve likely noticed that an effective mission statement draws supporters and donors in and gets them excited about helping you achieve that mission. I wanted to explain how that works.

As part of my graduate studies, I conducted two studies to explore this question. The results caused me to re-think how mission statements relate to fundraising effectiveness.
