el miedo. fear.
fear of what. miedo de que.
expectation. de la expectación.
pensando en cosas del pasado o del futuro. thinking of things from the past or the future.
not living in the moment. no viviendo al momento.
que no existe miedo. because there’s no fear.
tenemos que liberarnos de este pensamientos. we have to set us free from those thoughts.
para que quede la felicidad. that only remains bliss.
