Everybody agrees that good food is good. We love good food and we can taste when food is cooked with love. Good food collects us around the table. Good food opens the conversation. Good food is pleasure and joy and good taste in the mouth. Good food is not bad. Good food is the good life.

The good life is lived by good people who cultivate, prepare, cook and eat good food together. Good food requires courage to succeed. Good food is cumbersome and hard work and good education. Good food is good soil, good conditions, good balance, good seasons and good weather.

Good food is honest to create friendships and togetherness. Good food is caring for confidence and confidence. Good food is fair to create community and unity. Good food gives more than it takes. Good food takes time and gives life.

The new Nordic terroir and its food producers help cover a table of delicious food produced with respect for our local soil. Good food for a better world.

World food supplies are threatened

The UN reports on the climate’s climate states that world food supplies are seriously threatened by climate change.

The situation is so serious that children born in Denmark today have barely become graduates before the problems will show.

These and many similar initiatives show that food production’s ethics has come on the political, commercial as well as on the private agendas, and it will therefore be a crucial element in consumer future food purchases.

That is why it is so important to think about sustainability, environmental considerations and ecology when planning food production.

Local food producers network for sustainability

Under the heading ‘Good Food for a Better World’, a network of small local food producers aim at focusing on sustainability and green change and make a difference in food supply — initially in the southern Region of Denmark.

We do not imagine knowing all the answers to all the food challenges facing the world, but we know a lot about safe and responsible production of high quality food.
