In short, I started the project with a question:

How to place seeds of thoughts on Social and Environmental Sustainability in everyday meetings and interactions?

Along the course I have come a long way in making a deck of cards with “simple” questions on sustainability mixed with questions on other value-based areas that are important to my organisation, ABF.

The cards are used to trigger conversations on different subjects, with no right or wrong, just getting people to talk and think together. This is a work in progress and the project does not end with the course.

This was the beginning, the planting of a seed that has started to grow into something …

Discussing how to change society and humanity into something more sustainable is the same as saying we´re NOT sustainable now. That is an uncomfortable truth that can be hard & amp; heavy to accept, but also necessary for understanding and finding motivation for change on an individual level. So where´s the right balance? There is no easy or short answer to that, and it is a question that will follow me and my work with SEEDS onward.

Thinking about the state of the world and society is in many ways sad and hard. But it can be constructive, developing and kick-ass too: when we share a context with others and gain inspiration and energy from the combined efforts for change! For me that´s something I feel I got from this experience, so THANKS to the course leaders and the participants for what we managed to get going there for a while, together!
