During the North American Leaders’ Summit, Emilio Lozoya, the CEO of Pemex, encouraged North American countries to work together in order to leverage the oil and natural gas boom.
If the three work together, North America will become the cheapest source of energy, he said.
According to Lozoya, Canada, Mexico and the U.S. need to collaborate on matters such as regulation and infrastructure in order to take full advantage of the recent oil boom and promote energy production throughout the region.
