Ron Lichty has been managing and consulting with software development teams and product organizations for over 25 years at companies like Apple, HP, Adobe, Fujitsu, Charles Schwab, Avenue A | Razorfish, Forensic Logic, Stanford, and many more, using various forms of iterative and incremental development, in the last two decades using scrum, XP, kanban and other agile approaches.
Ron’s 450-page book, which reflects upon experiences during the time he was one of the Senior Managers at Apple, “Managing the Unmanageable: Rules, Tools, and Insights for Managing Software People and Teams”, was published by Addison Wesley in 2012.
