We all love sharing and talking about our experiences. And what’s the most common way to do this? Word-of-mouth. We can all remember at least one TV or radio advert where a friend tells another friend about a product or service and another one and another one ( DJ Khaled pun unintended). And we have done it ourselves, where we shared our opinion on a product and service with our friends and family. As a matter of fact, Coca Cola managed to build an empire on word of mouth. The famous drink has done an amazing job in creating and maintaining its identity of a deliverer of happiness and unity. After all, Coca Cola’s ‘thing’ is to bring people together.

And that is the same aim that the Digital Team are reaching for through Show and Tells. Not only it presents a great opportunity to see what stage the team is at with the project, but it also presents a great opportunity for anyone interested to attend and give their feedback or just observe and spread the word to the team about the recent developments. After all, how can we develop a new way of working if it’s not working together? Also, Show and Tells do have a different way in delivering themselves which is focused more on a visual process. This way it is easier to see what the project looks like rather than a laborious PowerPoint presentation full with big and fancy words.
