We are born alone and we will die alone. There is no avoiding ‘aloneness’. This feeling of loneliness often drives us to relationships.

Awakening is fundamentally coming to terms with the aloneness of the ego in the world. Can we be content in our aloneness, while living, working and loving together?

To make the relationships in our lives conscious, we need to come to terms with aloneness.

We are talking about being really comfortable, centered, and at peace with being in your own skin.
