How to contribute to the nOS Token Sale — Tutorial
Here’s a start-to-finish tutorial on how to contribute to the nOS Token Sale, and how to use ETH instead of NEO (in case of NEO network instability, or if you just prefer it that way).
Note: This round of the nOS Token Sale is open to the public.
Anyone can participate!
The Public Sale is first-come-first-serve. You can contribute until the hard cap is reached, or until Thursday November 8 18:00 UTC.
If you’re experiencing any network instability, or an exchange account doesn’t let you withdraw your NEO to contribute, you can also follow these instructions to contribute with ETH instead.
How to join the nOS Token Sale
2. Log in to nOS Client with your NEO private key, or create a new NEO account — Make sure to store your private keys safely!
3. On the following page, click “Join Token Sale”.
4. If you already have an nOS account, log in and go to Step 7.
Otherwise continue.
5. Click “Create Account”.
6. Enter your details
7. Verify your e-mail address and log in to your nOS.app account.
8. If you wish to contribute with ETH, click “Configure Ethereum Address”.
Due to NEO network instability it is recommended to contribute with ETH.
9. Paste your ETH contribution address in the according field.
10. Click Update.
11. On the nos.app home page, click “Join Token Sale” again.
12. If you’re already KYC approved, you should be on the Token Sale dashboard. In this case, proceed to Step 16. Otherwise, continue.
13. If you hadn’t yet completed the KYC process, fill in your KYC details accurately.
14. On the Review page, make sure to verify all information is correct and click “Approve & Submit”.
15. Your KYC will be reviewed in a matter of minutes.
You will also receive an e-mail when your KYC is approved.
16. When your KYC is approved, click “Join Token Sale” again.
17. Click “Contribute NEO” or “Contribute ETH” on the Token Sale dashboard and follow the instructions. If the NEO contribution button is disabled, it’s recommended to contribute using ETH instead.
Your tokens may be minted 10–30 minutes after your transaction due to ongoing NEO network stability issues.
