nOS Design Competition Results & Introducing the nOS Portal!
The results for the nOS Design Competition, and my.nos.app enters the stage!
Before we get into the results, we want to share an update about nOS pre-sale tiers:
The nOS pre-sale will consist of 3 different qualification tiers (Tier 1 being the highest). Your tier will decide your possible contribution amount.
Tier 1 addresses will be able to make the largest contribution. Exact possible contribution amounts are to be announced.
Members of the nOS community can qualify for access to any tier based on the quality of their codebase contributions, working proof-of-concept nOS dApps, or competition results.
This week we went through roughly 200 submissions for the nOS Client Design Competition.
We’re very pleasantly surprised by the amount of creative talent residing in our community.
The nOS Core Team judged every submission, with which we established a Median Score (the average). Since we were so surprised by the large amount of impressive submissions, we decided to grant all submissions scoring higher than the Median Score access to Tier 2 pre-sale, and all other non-disqualified participants receive Tier 3. Additionally, the Top 10 will receive Tier 1 pre-sale access.
To check your Pre-sale Tier we’re introducing my.nos.app, an easy-to-use nOS Application that allows you to manage your nOS Contributions and Pre-sale tier.
NOTE: Currently only Design Competition Winners and VDT.Network Subscribers can check their pre-sale tier. Contributors, dApp Developers will be able to check their tier later.
The application will also support additional features such as management for KYC, rewards, and dApps.
Instructions for checking your tier are listed below the competition results.
Design Competition Winners
The top 3 win GAS and will qualify for Tier 1 nOS TGE pre-sale access.
1st Place: Fabricio Rosa Marques (Tier 1 Pre-sale & 200 GAS):
A beautiful motion video displays the smooth user experience of this pleasing UI. Next to the beautiful presentation, the design entails a very welcoming, user-friendly, and unique user experience. One deserving of the 1st place in the nOS design competition!
2nd Place: Teeraporn Sriponpak (Tier 1 Pre-sale & 100 GAS)
The wallet utilizes the circular shape of the nOS logo as a way to display token holdings. It also includes a full-length “Featured dApps” section in the dApp Gateway. The well thought-out screens are an absolute pleasure to behold and well-deserving of a place in the Top 3.
3rd Place: Danil Kolomiytsev (Tier 1 Pre-sale & 50 GAS)
Breathtaking animations that leave you staring at your screen while the client loads or performing a transaction. Combined with a slick UI and animations for responsive content loading, this submission has earned its place in the Top 3.

nOS Pre-sale Tier Instructions
If you participated in the Design competition, you can check your pre-sale tier by following these steps:
- Download the nOS Client MVP
- Log in using your NEO account
- Click Sign Up
- Confirm your e-mail
- Back in the nOS Client, click Log In
- Click ‘Check Pre-sale Tier’
Your pre-sale tier will be checked using your NEO or E-mail Address used for your competition submission.
