Hi, I’m the founder of not another diet, and at some point you signed up for this newsletter associated with my articles on no-diet weight loss.

I’ve been a bit quiet on Medium because I’ve been busy building new courses, including a no-recipe, real-food course that’s become very popular. As I often say, my healthy weight started in the kitchen, not the gym.

But, that’s not why I’m writing to you now.

I’ve heard repeatedly that people miss my writing and miss the insights. So, here’s my idea:

A premium newsletter published three a month called How to Never Diet Again.

Each edition will focus on a single topic with actionable insights and perspective shifts that drive change.
