Let’s face it — humanity is on the brink….

• Not yet from climate change and no I am not one of those weird people who read about conspiracy theories — not at all — instead I write them!
• Not from economic collapse. Although I have to say the rich seem to keep on getting fatter, so maybe they could save the day if and when the economy collapses.
• Not even from the horror of realising you’ve been paying for a gym membership you have never used since the millennium.

No, the real threat is something far more cunning — AI.

You know it and I know it.

Our digital overlords have been sharpening their algorithms, watching patiently as we train them with our every typo and our sloppy attempts at cooking without a recipe. But there is one thing standing between us and complete AI assimilation:
