Not Sure It Works Like That?

After meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Trump decided to hop on Twitter and express his point of view on NATO & Germany. Which was then corrected by Ivo Daalder (Former US ambassador to NATO).

For me the most pressing question is this: shouldn’t there be someone, somewhere in the government that explains how this stuff works to the leader of the free world before he makes a statement that is incorrect? So he doesn’t end up in this situation to begin with?
