New on iPad — Master Detail View
The upcoming new iOS version will be much better adapted to the bigger iPad screen where space is not so much a concern like on an iPhone. NotePlan will have a “Master Detail” view (or split view) where the selection of notes (like a list of notes) shares the screen with the note itself. In portrait mode at least partially and in landscape mode both can be used fully:
You can select days on the left and the note is loaded on the right. In landscape you can additionally see the full not (not just partially hidden on the right) and also edit it from there.
The notes list looks similar:
Here you can also go back to the notes list by panning the right on the note. In the calendar view you switch between notes once a note was opened.
