Over the hundreds of hours I’ve spent on Twitter, I have become convinced to try out 20 different supplements.
Out of these 20, four made a difference.
Here they are.
1. Magnesium Glycinate: Tinnitus, Cognitive Function, Sleep, Digestion, Immune System
I take anywhere between four to eight pills of 200 mg of magnesium glycinate daily.
While my stomach had to adapt in the beginning, I have no problem taking several pills at once now.
So, why do I take it?
The first reason is cognitive function. Lack of magnesium prevents me from speaking clearly, as I am constantly looking for my words.
The second reason is tinnitus. Lack of magnesium increases its volume.
The third reason is digestion. Lack of magnesium causes constipation.
The fourth reason is sleep. Taking magnesium helps me dream and sleep better.
I found out the fifth reason by accident: the immune system. I haven’t been sick once since taking magnesium daily…
