What’s your good problem right now?

I often joke with clients and colleagues that setbacks offer us a “good problem to have.” For instance, if you’re shipping so much product that you have to upgrade your logistics platform, you could be doing way worse. If your clients have all left you at once, they could be telling you it might be time to switch professions.

A few months ago, I attended the Digital Commerce Summit in Denver. There, I met someone else who’s as fond of this saying as I am — Melanie Deziel, who’s done some excellent content marketing work that you may have seen in the New York Times and elsewhere. Melanie wrote this post for Inc. that I think is a great way to think about the idea:
