Hope Yoon

Hope is a freshman studying English and theater and performance studies at Stanford University. She is part of Stanford’s spoken word team, and has performed her poetry locally in Seoul. As an educator, Hope has directed a youth theater program in Korea, carving a path for more children to have access to a creative education. She is currently working on a poetry workshop for migrant workers in Korea.

She is a writer of unpublished novels, consumer of sweets, inhabitor of liminal spaces, and lover of non-technical explanations of the cosmos.
