I used to be in the habit of doing bad habits.

This included the likes of staying up late, eating horrible food, and not being a very good person sometimes, among others. I made the decision to change my habits.

And I began reading this book.

I Am So Glad I Read It

I must admit, some parts of the books were difficult to read.

But much of the time, it made sense. Author James Clear puts so much into perspective regarding habits. We must get better by 1% each day.

We must also break bad habits so we can learn new ones.

This book reminded me of other similar books about productivity and self-improvement. I may have to read more of them in the future.

But for this one, I will continue to use its lessons and experience in real time. It’s what I need to do to become a better person with better habits.

Onward.
