One of the scariest part of writing?

For me at least:

Hitting publish.

The story I’ve worked on is now out into the world. I wonder what my readers will say. I wonder how they will react.

  • Did I say everything I wanted to say?
  • Did I write it well?
  • Did I do all I could?

I try not to feel ashamed of my writing. Here’s why:

Whenever you feel a story doesn’t do well or it could be better, leave it alone. Do that.

You wrote it and promoted it to the best of your ability. And now you wait.

Ask yourself this:

  • Who cares if it’s not your best writing?
  • Who cares if the story won’t do well?

Here’s the deal:

You will write even better articles tomorrow.
