How I Know If My Story Ideas Are Good Enough

I generate ideas every day.

Here’s why:

  • It helps me become a better writer.
  • It builds my stories.
  • It keeps my mind creative.

Some ideas are better than others. Here’s how I know my story ideas are good enough:

One of the best feelings a writer can get is an idea that will never leave.

Seriously, it is.

No matter what else you think about, that idea wants to be heard. It wants to be written down.

When it keeps bugging me all the time, it means that it’s good. It’s meant to be written.

And it’s my job to write it.

I’m a firm believer that our ideas come to us for a reason. They have to.

Why else would they?

I know I put in the work. And I will be in contact with good ideas. But when one doesn’t want to leave, I have to take advantage…
