Attrition is high, and so are the tempers.

Swipe through our new Medium series to know why:

Once you understand ‘Why they’re leaving you’,

Obsess on the problem.

Address it. Make it go away.

And then,

Step back, if only for a short while..

And see the magic unfurl:

Loud chatter of happy employees,

Frequent sightings of happy customers,

And oh!

The deafening applause from a happy management!

At that moment,

Everything is so perfect and happy,

And the dreary shadow of attrition is all but gone;

If only this could last forever..

.

.

.

Well, guess what?

With a little bit of work, it certainly can.

When you solve for the problems of your workforce, and show that you really care— you can see attrition levels drop, productivity rise, and the happy state last forever.

This takes a fair bit of work for sure..For starters, it involves:

(1) Understanding the full spectrum of their problems (especially the ones they’re not so keen to share),
(2) Identifying the most pressing issues by location and function
(3) Devising a solution
(4) Getting a buy-in from management
(5) Educating employees about new policies
(6) Implementing it through and through

This can seem overwhelming if your staff is always on-the-field and hard pressed for time. Fortunately there’s help around the corner.

To ease into this journey, and check off all six aspects in the list above: We recommend you talk to Noticeboard. We’ve got the tools, the expertise and a support system to help you drive down attrition in your workplace.

Let’s talk soon. Okay?
