Notion: A workspace for every productophile
So I discovered this beautiful app during lockdown and has been my constant virtual companion since then. I noticed my favorite YouTubers using it and was hell-bent on trying it once. It is none other than Notion itself.
Notion is like an all-in-one workspace for absolutely all kinds of things you might want to use it for — notes, tasks, wikis and databases. Notion gives you so much freedom to use this workspace for so many things. It would be difficult to explain everything in a blog post but I am gonna try my best to show you all its use cases:
- A Reading List Manager: I use this page that I customised for keeping track of books I have read or will read in future. For fun, I also keep track of how many I read on Kindle or physical book format.
I usually write down my review/notes for those books by turning every book title into a separate page.
2. Resonance Calendar: I cam across this idea in one of Ali Abdaal’s video that he had made on Notion. The idea was amazing: keep a track of all the things that resonate with you in this calendar — this could be something you read in a book (Kindle Highlights), dialogues from a movie…
