One of the productivity tools that I’ve found to be the most useful is a calendar. In case you don’t know, it’s a chart that maps out days, weeks, months, and important dates. Even if you don’t use one, I’m sure you can recognize that using one has value. You can use a physical one that hangs on your wall. You can use the one that comes with your smartphone (it works for both iOS and Android). There are even 3rd party calendar apps if you don’t like those. You can use the calendar on your computer or tablet. If you have a Google account, you can use Google Calendar to organize your appointments, meetings, and important events. You have so many calendar tools available at your fingertips. Even if you don’t have access to one, you can map one out on a piece of paper. The important part is organizing your important events and managing your time.

There are many important reasons to use a calendar. First, using a calendar helps you organize when you have meetings, appointments, and other events that you need to be aware of. This way, you don’t forget them and are able to prepare for them. Second, a calendar helps you set deadlines. If you have a big project or a bunch of little ones, you can use your calendar to set deadlines of when to get certain parts or the whole thing done by a certain time. For example, if you have a big project due next week, you can set a goal for the first half to be done at the end of this week and the second half to be done next week. Third, having a calendar helps you keep yourself accountable, especially to your deadlines. It’s a tool that helps you track your time and meet your goals. It also helps you prepare for upcoming important events like holidays or special occasions. Lastly, having a calendar helps you manage your time. Time management is an important life skill. It may be hard at first, but with the right practice, it will get better.

You have a lot going on with your life, especially now. You have a lot of responsibilities to balance. Time management is what you need to develop, and a calendar is a tool that will help you with that. It only works if you use it.
