So, let’s be real. Nobody wants a double chin. But guess what? It happens. At one point, your jawline may have looked snatched, and some time later, you’ve got a little extra something hanging out under there.
Age, weight gain, bad posture, or just plain genetics can all gang up on you and leave you with that unwanted chin cushion.
Now, cosmetic procedures work. But why go under the knife if you don’t have to when you can fix it naturally?
The key is consistency. You can tighten the chin and lift the jawline — if you commit to the right habits and your double chin is not too far gone.
