Why Nova?

We originally chose the name Ladder for our platform because we wanted to help our community climb up their way to success through their career journey. However, we noticed that a ladder has a finite height while only allowing for vertical movement.

As we continued to explore what community-based professional development meant to us, we discovered that our career journeys are full of infinite exploration, bouncing between different communities, rediscovering passions, and constantly taking on new challenges. Your career journey doesn’t end when you land your first job, and neither should your time in our community. That’s why we are excited to introduce to you, Nova.
