ANIM: Come On Baby, Do The Locomotion

In order for players to play as the Detective, we need to tell the game engine how and when to flow between animations!

Below is our basic locomotion set-up. Each boxes with texts represent individual states. In our example, each contain one animation, except the Walk/Run box. This instead contains a Blendspace, allowing us to specify at what speeds should the transitions for movement occur at.
