Litha’s Call
Intentions Set On Mid-Summer’s Eve
Litha’s Call
Mid-summer dreams
Ancient it seems
The days running longer
Songs growing stronger
Intentions are set
Dreaming days are now rent
As the seeds rise above
Seeking warmth, rain and love
We carry our joys
Ever mindful of ploys
The ways we sell short
What Goddess put forth
Well met these two be
As they bloom and agree
The dance is now yet
With pleasures to met
Let the union proceed
With our offerings received
Litha is here
Redeeming the bier
Commentary
We created this to celebrate Litha, the longest day of the year and a time to bring forth new intentions and energies as we rejoice around our brighest star… spend a moment being mindful of all the seeds you have planted and with gratitude know that…
