Last week, the npm CLI team shared the pre-release details of npm@6.4.0-next.0. Version 6.4.0 is now the latest and includes some new features like the ability to configure your _authToken through environment variables and control at what severity npm audit exits with an error. This release also includes bug fixes, documentation improvements, and some dependency updates.
