Another Apple Event has come and gone. The iPhone 15 family was the start of the show, and as expected has been flying off of shelves. However, according to Forbes, the new iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro have a serious issue.

Some consumers who bought the iPhone 15 or iPhone 15 Pro have found themselves stuck in a loop that keeps them on the Apple logo when trying to set up their phone. Being stuck in this loop keeps users from setting up, and enjoying their new, expensive, toy.

A Big Bug That Needs To Be Squashed

Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman in his latest Power On newsletter says, “All iPhone 15 Models shipped with a bug that could render the device inoperable if users choose to transfer over their information directly from an old iPhone.”

Now, before you lose your mind and decide to start from scratch, Apple has already taken care of this issue. Thanks to the iOS 17.0.2 update, the bug has been remedied. However, if your device is on 17.0.1, and you run into the loop, you aren’t out of luck.
