CaptureClub makes the FULL Migration to NUM — How to Purchase NFTs with NUM
We are happy to announce that CaptureClub has made a FULL migration to NUM, making it the first Numbers network application to fully integrate our native token.
This is especially exciting because it expands the utility of NUM in the Numbers ecosystem and furthers our vision of NUM as a multi-functional token for Web3.0. One IMMEDIATE benefit of this is being able to buy NFTs in CaptureClub with NUM!
Let’s see how it is done!
Navigate to CaptureClub
Browsing the CaptureClub Marketplace you will notice that the NFT Product cards look a little bit different than before. The obvious difference being that prices are now in NUM instead of USD.
As a Numbers ecosystem application, it makes sense for the marketplace to operate on the network token to allow NUM to be a part of the full lifecycle of CaptureClub. Users will now list their products in NUM, be paid in NUM, and transact in NUM.
Click on the product you wish to purchase. NUM will be the default payment option. To purchase, simply click “Buy Now”. Users who wish to transact in USD or ETH can select the option in the dropdown menu. NOTE: USD and ETH values will be converted from NUM current price.
Login if you have not already. CaptureClub will utilize your Capture Wallet NUM balance to transact. If you are logged in already, Transaction Details will be displayed after clicking on “Buy Now”. Here a full breakdown of what you will pay in NUM (Listing Price, Fees) will be presented transparently. CaptureClub will check to see if you have enough balance in the Capture wallet before allowing you to proceed with the NUM transaction. If everything checks out, simply “Confirm” to complete the transaction.

CaptureClub will redirect you to the asset page.
Your Capture NFTs will also appear in Capture App as well :)
Why should Creators and Photographers love this new feature?
As NUM is the native token of Numbers network, this migration makes it easier to integrate more Web3.0 services for creations listed on CaptureClub such as vaulting or staking mechanisms.
For example, the current value of NFTs are defined by the lister, often an arbitrary value. Values of auction NFT may be defined by bidders, but they can be easily manipulated. Speculation creates NFT bubbles and contributes to the majority of NFTs remaining untouched and unacquired.
By migrating CaptureClub to NUM, it opens a door to introduce more innovative features to authenticate the values of NFTs and create a healthier market with the community.
